Redd Student scholarship competition &#8211;<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 1.714285714; font-size: 1rem;\">\u00a0I don&#8217;t manage that anymore &#8211; I speak at high schools, grade schools, and universities, to encourage people who would never consider being engineers to become engineers.
